The Rose Heath Retreat features bright, open-concept living spaces designed to take full advantage of the ocean views and peaceful coastal setting.

The upper level includes a spacious kitchen with island seating and a comfortable living room with large windows overlooking the pool and ocean. Also on this level are two bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite, along with a second bedroom featuring a double bed and a full bathroom nearby. A separate dedicated workspace with desk makes the home ideal for remote work or extended stays.

The lower level offers an additional king bedroom, another full bathroom, and a large rec room area. Patio doors lead to a covered outdoor space with a propane grill and easy access to the heated pool and outdoor living areas.

Guests will have access to the main home, heated pool, deck, patio areas, and most outdoor spaces throughout the property.

A small number of owner/storage closets will remain locked and inaccessible to guests. The garage spaces are also not included with the rental. There is a separate small structure located near the pool area that is not accessible to guests as well.

The property is tucked away in a quiet oceanside setting while still being within a reasonable drive of restaurants, golf courses, shops, and everyday amenities. Whether you’re looking to spend your days exploring the coastline or simply relaxing by the water, the area offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

Guests should plan to have their own vehicle during their stay, as the property is located outside of town and public transportation is not available in the area. Taxi services may be available, though availability can be limited depending on the time and season.

There is ample on-site parking available at the property with enough space to comfortably accommodate all guests staying at the home.

This property is best suited for guests looking for a relaxing and respectful coastal getaway. Parties, events, loud music, and excessive noise are not permitted.

Quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM out of respect for nearby neighbours.

The heated pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We do our best to keep it open as long as possible each season, however availability may vary depending on weather conditions and time of year.

Please note that some owner storage areas, garages, and a separate structure near the pool are not accessible to guests.

Guests are also asked to remove shoes while inside the home and no pets or smoking are permitted.
