Bookings and Payments

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payments are processed securely through our booking platform and payment processor.

• Pricing, fees, and taxes are displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and booking type and are displayed during the booking process. By completing a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy associated with your booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in and check-out times are specified for each property.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Treat the property and furnishings with care

• Follow house rules provided for each accommodation

• Respect neighbours and local bylaws

• Leave the property in a reasonable condition at check-out

Guests may be held responsible for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.

Occupancy

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit is not permitted without prior approval.

Liability

Stays are at the guest’s own risk. Innovare Property Management Limited and property owners are not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Disruptions beyond our control (utilities, weather, construction, etc.)

Accessibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring that the accommodation meets their accessibility needs prior to booking. Not all properties are step-free or accessible.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if these Terms & Conditions or house rules are violated.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada.
